Everything will be very simple if this system permanently will be set by someone who will always motivate us for this what is important, needed, good, useful and who will demotivate us for this what is destructive, wrong and unprofitable – the operations, ideas and decisions.
It’s not so simple. That is live – we have free will, leeway and we are deciding how we are living and what we are experiencing.
THE MOTIVATION is a powerful force, it is driving our live into the destination which we have chosen. It’s working differently for the single human, with various strength, we are motivating ourselves by various ways, one better one worse and that’s why we are achieving often very different results, we are fetching positive and negative results.
It’s existing something like a Motivation System. The main powers are very extreme and powerful:
The pleasure (physical, psychical, enthusiasm, proud, fulfilment, wild passion, euphoria and visions of the strong emotions which are considering with action or its lack);
The suffering (whole annoying, frustrating and negative effects – physical, emotional, material, healthful which are considering with our conception with action).
All what we are doing or doing for the sake of averting the suffering or to receiving the pleasure. That’s why the whole attempts to change our unprofitable behaviour which we would like to dump, it’s deficient because we should go into REASON.
The rule is simple:
Understanding and using the forces of the suffering and the pleasure will allow you to immediately guide the changes and improve yourself and also your relatives.
Misapprehension of this forces is dooming you for live which is steering by the reactions so functioning – instinctive, reflexive which is similar to animals or machines.
That’s why we often can’t motivate ourselves to something good for us, we are delaying the important aims, the changes to the future. It’s happening because on the some level of the consciousness you are confident that undertaking of the certain activities at this moment will bring you more suffering than postponing them for the future.
That’s why you are delaying a decision to finish with your toxic partner, to change your work, to create your own business, to change your diet, to go to the gym, to finish with malign addiction or to systematic learn of foreign language or the new skill which is important for you. Subconsciously, you know that this decision will bring you only benefits and pleasure in the future but you do nothing to complete it because in this moment it will associate you with some bigger suffering than defer it to the future. Most of the people have bigger fear of lose something than desire of the profit.
The whole secret of the effective motivation consists of understanding that you have to change your system of the emotional associations.
If you want good motivation to do something learn yourself to use these two powerful forces in the correct way. Suffering which has associated to you with undertaking an positive act, consociate with how hopeless, long-term effects can has for your live, health, relations, condition, mood, finances and family LACK OF THIS ACTION.
In contrast, this PLEASURE which has associated to you with the stagnation, pigeonhole, avoiding the action move to the place of MOTIVATION TO DO SOMETHING. Let the power of PLEASURE be associated with long-term effects, results, change, action.
You can maximally gun these states imagination as well as authentic: spoil old, unhealthy behaviour by reading and watching how terrible effects for you can underpinning this unhealthy, old behaviour. On the other hand, inspire yourself by the stories which show hard arguments that the coming behaviour can motivate you and give you only profits and positive emotions.
