The effective motivation is the key to improvement the quality of live
You are dreaming about great successes, achieving a doozy goal in the specific field? You are thinking about being rich through doing what you love? How do you feel at that time? I think that you feel great – this adrenaline rush, that euphoria, temporary shot of the motivation and readiness to doing something.
After a while you think about how many things, work you should do and how many sacrifices, challenges and determination it require you appreciate how difficult is that task and you are tired and you don’t want to do the first steps.
Here we are contact with the subconscious which doesn’t like difficult challenges, doing something what requires larger effort, going out of the save area of relax and comfort which it likes. That’s very frequent phenomenon because when the situation don’t put against the wall and don’t force to make specific steps in “the new destination” we don’t see the sense in changing the present condition and rarely undertake new challenges which require effort and the greater labor input.
The next thing which has influence to the lack of effects is that we often run before we can run. By doing things like that we are doomed to loss even when we will start doing something, the sensibleness of the vastness of work which we must do, slowly going ahead and the lack of the fast effects after a few days will level our ministrations and we will be unable to the further measures. It’s easy to tell the cover story after bungled attempt because “I have been trying but it was loss, for sure it’s not for me”.
How many people you know who endlessly are delaying the important things, for example to start the diet or to achieve the driver license? The most common excuses are:
- Because I don’t have time.
- I can’t cut it.
- Because my friend has a birthday party.
- I will start by the next Monday.
- The next month.
- If it will get hotter.
- When I will finish the school
- I must schooling about it.
- Maybe some of these excuses were doing by you?
When we have a normal live but you want something more from ourselves and live, we must start doing something more to pull away. Only if we want to change something is highly motivational but we must just do something. It can’t be an fast action because our motivation will fall and go off.
To motivate ourselves successfully we must start doing something because then we are opening for the new challenges. It happens because our brain will start doing something, it will make it finished. So when you did the first step, every further will be easier because you will adjust to the new situation. These steps can’t be something exponential and shocking, then will move us on and don’t require big wasting of the energy. Something which doesn’t allow us to stagnate and step by step will change our live.
At that time, we will get excited to continuing that what we are doing because realizing the task step by step will give us satisfaction because it’s some kind of award. You start and end doing something. Even a little change is bring ourselves to do it. That gives us stronger motivation.
When you regularly work on yourself, escaping from the relax zone and preferably taking new challenges, it will bring you more self-confidence (you are doing something important). You will get accustomed your brain to work which gives you self-development. You will be proud of yourself that you are developing yourself. You will become an optimist and you start undertaking new, more ambitious challenges, which require more uptime and commitment of your brain because faint heart never won fair lady.
Start your change right now, divide your target into parts – do a little step which approximates you today to your target – the immediate effect. If you want to go on a diet, immediately throw out all sweets, it will be small financial loss in comparison to the profits and happiness which you will get in the future – you will get your dreamed weight. It can be also something different, for example:
- Resignation of eating sweets/ sugaring your tea/ long walks every day.
- Drinking more water and herbal teas instead of fizzy drinks.
- Give worksite a clear-out to can work and develop in order and focus.
- Learning of first 5 words of the language you want to get know.
If you will do it, your motivation will be on a high level and your brain will switch to the better productive creativity. You will inculcate new habits which will fruit for the rest of your live. Remember that people are born with the unlimited potential, live style and customs are making restrictions in ourselves but it’s never late to change the direction and come back to the right way. The most important is to go ahead because who isn’t developing itself – is retreating. Think about it for a while. Remember everything is possible and faint heart never won fair lady.
